My Story
Hello! My name is Ashlynn and am a student and an artist, and I was born and raised in South Texas! Coastal Cotton Studio was born from a love of creativity and a deep appreciation for the place I call home. As a farmer's daughter, I grew up surrounded by cotton fields, coastal sunsets, and a lifestyle that valued hard work, family, and tradition. The Picture above is of me, my dad, and mom in one of my dads fields… the very thing that inspired my studio’s name!
Creating has always been second nature to me. From drawing and painting as a child to exploring wood burning, glass engraving, and custom artwork, I've always believed that the most meaningful pieces are the ones made by hand. Over the years, what began as a creative outlet became something much greater—a calling to create beautiful, lasting pieces that bring people together and celebrate life's most meaningful moments.
As a self-made, faith-driven small business, my work is rooted in Christian values, and serving others with excellence. I believe every talent is a gift from God, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to use mine to create pieces that can become part of your family's story.
